"Very overpriced for what it is. The branding is cool but doesnt live up to the experience. There are not enough loungers by the pool for guests. The breakfast and food generally isnt so good. The staff are miserable and unhelpful. I stayed the long weekend Memorial Day and it cost $3k and i felt it was terrible value for money and I did not love. Would not stay again."

"We had an amazing time there was a lot of things/activities to do, keep the kids busy and away from their phones. Very clean, friendy staff and I love that's it's pet friendly. It's really a nice place to relax if you want some quiet time away from the city. My only concerns were the bunk beds (top) does not have railings which is not safe for kids and I believe they're offering like a day pass or open for people whose not staying in the property to get access of all the amenities so it gets...

"Pros:
-the room was clean
-no noise from the road next to the hotel
-adequate air conditioning
-free continental breakfast (nothing fancy, but good to have in a pinch)
-mattress and sheets were comfortable
Cons:
-the shower head in the bathroom was old and didn't work properly, we never could get the right water pressure
-the walls are thin, we could hear the people in the room next to us
-we called the front desk and multiple times from our room and they did not answer

"The pictures on Expedia do not portray the establishment like it is. The blinds in the room did not work properly, wouldn’t close or cover the window properly. The wand to turn the blinds came off. There was a gap under the door. It may have been good in its day with the pink, teal, flamingos but it needs an upgrade. The only thing good in the room was the shower. Won’t be returning!!"
