Love Dive Palm Springs!

Staff was amazing! Such a cool, hip yet quiet place to stay in the middle of Palm Springs. I would definitely stay again especially since it is so close to the airport.

Such a cute little pet-friendly property with gorgeous decor, a fabulous pool and hot tub area and lots of meaningful touches throughout that really made for a great stay like breakfast, parking, toiletries and even a little goody bag for our pup. Location was super convenient to downtown Palm Springs while still being away from the hustle and bustle so it was very quiet and peaceful. The pool area was open 24 hours but there were also quiet hours from 9pm onwards so it was perfect as we were looking for a more relaxing getaway rather than a place to party. Our room was spacious and comfortable and since it was tucked away from the main area it also had a private patio area which we loved.

Boutique Hotel extraordinaire

I found Dive by searching through Hotels.com and figured it would be a quaint boutique hotel - we weren't disappointed, it exceeded our expectations! Very friendly and helpful employees!! With only 11 rooms it was the perfect French-style Boutique Hotel, meticulously maintained. Of course, having near perfect weather was just icing on the cake.

Excellent Boutique Hotel

Very welcoming. Very cozy. Unique — but in a great way. I checked in, grabbed a complimentary glass of Rose and sat in one of their lawn swings. Very relaxing all around. Very clean. Rooms were unique, and the experience was very calming and quaint.

Awesome little spot

Amazing attentive staff. especially Robert. I was given a bicycle with no hassle and had it all evening with no pressure to hurry back. The grounds are super pretty with lovely details and the breakfast was fantastic. I did have a robe that was pretty dirty but it was taken away swiftly and the only other thing I would say is that maybe the lounger cushions could use a little update. The black stripes on the loungers get really really hot so watch out!

Comfortable and romantic getaway success

Such a great experience! Holly & I always look for the comfortable boutiques in Palm Springs and Dive did not disappoint! The rooms were wonderful, each decorated independently in a French Riviera theme. The courtyard and pool was the perfect place to rest and relax. It's always a pleasure making friends with other tenants, and in this case we were lucky to meet the owner who showed us why his employees were so great. He took care of them like family! The service was wonderful, food and drinks were great. We will go back, well, after we check out their other hotel, Talavera, which has a warm bohemian theme. Such a great experience!!!!

The room does not match the advertised photos, presenting as a small, with minimal natural light, with only two small windows at the end of a hallway. The air conditioner blows directly onto the bed, and the thermostat malfunctions, causing the unit to continuously emit cold air at a high speed. Additionally, the bathroom floor is improperly sloped, resulting in water accumulation and flooding during showers. The bed is uneven due to wear, further impacting comfort. While the staff is friendly and the breakfast is good, and the outdoor pool area is well-maintained and nice , for the price paid, I regret my stay here.
