Surrounding area is safe and is the best for Asian food and K-pop lovers with many good restaurants offering authentic food and gift stores. "Upon entering the room noticed a foul odor. Surprised the cleaning staff didn't address this issue with management. No other rooms available, I checked out the next morning. Room is also outdated especially the bathroom which is not maintained."

"It was okay for our four night stay, gave me and my sister a place to sleep at least. There's no daily houskeeping and some of the furniture was dirty. Staff was friendly and helpful. An alright place to book if you don't spend much time in the hotel room, which is easy because of its location; its close to the train station and tourist areas."

"Beautiful room. Well appointed. love the ambiance. Ashley Cartagena was very helpful with reservations!! Great location. Do not eat here, food is not good especially for the price. Rooftop bar view is cute but cocktails not great, I would skip them. There are dozens of cute coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, bars & shops all steps away. would definitely stay here again."
