"We upgraded to a suite because my husband needed to sleep in a chair due to recent surgery. They couldn’t bring a chair to the room I booked so the upgrade was necessary… but the coffee machine didn’t work & there was no microwave in the room. Plus there was a $50 resort type fee that was a money grab, since it was too cold to do anything outside to use the coupons. The only thing we used was the 2 free drinks upon arrival. The suite was very spacious. The bathroom was nice and clean and the view was nice. The $50 feet, is simply a money grab that all the hotels on the loop seem to have."

"Door man and luggage guys were so appreciative of my tips. If you have a car use the underground parking a couple blocks up Michigan Ave. Only place you can pay for multiple days and have in/out privileges."

"Lovely staff, basic clean room, great location in the Loop. Halls are a little sad, no safe in room to store valuables when out and about. The vending machines don't seem to get restocked. We did appreciate the refillable/reusable water bottles and filling stations."

"We parked across the street and paid which was fine. the staff were disrespectful when i had questions. the rooms were disgusting, there was hairs in the bed and the carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. we ended up leaving early due to the hotel rooms."
