"Despite the decor in the rooms needing a little updating, considering the constant usage by travellers the accommodation was clean, serviced regularly, and the layout of rooms/ bathrooms and living area was excellent. Kitchenette had all the necessary utilities and crockery, cutlery for our use. It was great to have a balcony, from which we had magnificent views of the harbour. Swimming pool was great. The whole complex provided for a range of facilities and eateries. We will definitely stay...

"I arrived at the property at 23.10 nobody to help me to get into my room, I sat on the door step until 23.47 when a couple of girls let me in. I was emailing the company to be told they needed $100 in order for them to give me the code to retrieve my pass key. I finally got into my room at 12.24 am. It was dreadful a 64 year old woman on her own to be treated in this way. I was given a voucher for an Italian meal and had to choose from 3 items all containing Gluten which I am allergic. "The hotel is located at a very strategic location, walking distance to China town, paddy’s market and darling harbour. The room is good and spacious for us. They provide free coffee at ground floor, got water dispenser too. But we rent a car there, we have to pay AUD35 per day for parking. "
