"The hotel's proximity to public transport (Nine Elms and Vauxhall) was advantageous. The room was adequately sized and clean; the king-size bed was comfortable, though the single bed was not. "A two night stay with family members. Traditional London pub which served very tasty food. Not all of the items on the menu or drinks in the bar were available. The rooms were clean but not spacious and situated on the side of the noisy south circular road. The staff were friendly and accommodating."

" Very friendly staff, room comfortable with air conditioning which was definitely needed and already on when we got into the room. Room no 5 is on the front of the hotel so a little noisy. In a lovely area with nice cafe and restaurants within walking distance."

"Très bon séjour! Petit hotel très propre, grande chambre disposant d'un mini frigo, salle de bain un peu étroite mais si vous n'étes pas très grand, ca va. Un bémol était que c'était très bruyant, meme avec les fenetre fermées, on entendait le bruit des voitures. Pour ceux qui ont le someil léger, ca peut être compliquer de faire des nuits complètes. Très bon emplacement, à 5 minutes de la Northern Line avec accès à King's Cross en 25 minutes environ. Plusieurs lignes de bus à proximité....

"Very convenient in terms of transportation, bus stops right in front. However, the WiFi didn’t work in my room. I wished I would have been able to check in early as I was really tired from my early flight but it is what it is. Beware that you’ll have a bathroom but no actual toilet if you have a basic standard room. The toilet is shared which I didn’t like. You can leave your luggage the day of your check in and the day of your check out which is helpful and there’s a McDonalds right outside. "

"The hotel is in a lovely location and has a lot of character, close by the tube. The room is excellent and comfy bed, lovely decor. Only let down and the manager on shift was at times, very unhelpful and I myself felt, quite rude. Apart from that, excellent place to stay "

"Check in was super easy. I had a last minute booking. Everyone was so kind too. The hostel was a generic hostel experience. Shared bathrooms so not much to say there. The pub is beyond amazing. Fantastic foods, drinks and vibes. The breakfast special was 5 stars alone. 10 out of 10 ill go again. "

"Despite me getting back to their email straight away, they did not confirm the check in time (you have to meet someone at the property) until the day before and that was after many ignored messages and calls. They asked for a £250 deposit on a 1 night stay that a week later is yet to be returned (there is no argument that the property was left in exactly the condition it was found). The shower was broken and there was no hot water. They asked for extra money on leaving for an "extra linen"...
