Exceptional service

Really comfortable hotel. We had tremendous service from the moment we arrived, checking in, but also at breakfast and checking out. Every part of the hotel is exceptionally clean and we will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

Perfect location for my needs. Small newly refurbished hotel is very nicely done. Staff very helpful and customer focused. Sadly the aircon in my room didn’t work properly otherwise I’d have given a 5 star rating. Room was very small (typical London). Breakfast pretty good. I would book again.

Clean and reasonably spacious. Only a skylight. Great location, handy for Vauxhall transport hub, only minutes to centre. Tait Britain, Battersea PS and even Parliament Square walkable. Gail’s and excellent Cafe Parco (in Vauxhall park) nearby for breakfast, Estrella Portuguese restaurant (almost) next door is good, too. Supermarkets etc at Vauxhall.

Lovely hotel

Nice clean room close to the us embassy - the purpose of our visit. Nothing to dislike and both receptionists we saw were extra friendly and helpful delaying our check in in case we needed longer. Didn’t have any food so no comment on that but everything was great.

Perfect hotel, would highly recommend

Amazing hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms and facilities are very clean and modern. Parking was easy and relatively cheap. Breakfast was plentiful and lady working there was very thorough and kept everything spotless. Would highly recommend and shall look forwards to returning in the near future.
