"This was our second time at this hotel. We love the location, close to some great restaurants and Little Italy. The staff is outstanding and we would be pleased to stay here again on a future trip. A word of advice, request a no-slip shower mat. The shower floor gets very slick. Otherwise, a wonderful stay! "

"While the location was wonderful, the property itself is in need of some essential upgrades. The hallways, lighting, and rooms are very run down. The carpet in our room was stained and the bathroom had water damage that needed to be addressed. I did enjoy having coffee and water bottles available during our stay and the room size itself was pretty good for a NY hotel room in this area."
