The facilities are outdated, the hotel feels run down, the room was old and when I arrived, I went to use the bathroom and there was no water in the sink or the shower, the mini fridge was not on, I had to go to reception to complain, and then they fixed the issue. "Our stay in Xeliter Green one was pleasant. There are a couple things that could use improvement. First, there was no clear indication on where to eat so we ordered out and it took over an hour to get the food. It would have been helpful to have a list of places to eat within walking distance so we knew there was no need to order out.
