Terrible experience overall. The room had a serious humidity issue, with water droplets accumulating on the ceiling whenever the AC was running. The checkout experience was equally disappointing, and the staff seemed very unprofessional and unpolished. I will never return to this hotel.

The first room we had smelled moldy and unclean staff at the counter offered to change the room for a better one for exchange of an $80.00 fee. That room was 1105 which had air conditioning problems it took them four days with the promise to send some one to resolve the issue and no one showed up ...
