"The rooms are clean & quiet, the staff is super friendly, nice & considerate. There is an adequate, clean gym on floor B2. It takes awhile to find it but it's there. The bar is very expensive at the rooftop. "

"If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would! They went above and beyond for us from communicating with our airline due to delayed baggage, allowing us to check in an entire day late due to flight delays and finally storing our items for us after we checked out that we accidentally left in the safe! Their dedication to excellent hospitality and honesty goes beyond what we have ever experienced in our travels. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Tokyo. We will only be staying in this hotel from now on whenever we visit Japan. Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay!"
