"The room was small. That is normal in Japan. It room was spotless. The bathroom was huge. with a large tub and powerful shower to wake you up for an early morning flight. Great location. Many restaurants near bye. Many are open 24 hour a day. Seven eleven was located on the bottom floor of the hotel. It is open 24 hours a day. "

"The staff were efficient and friendly, and they speak fluent English. The Comfort Twin room was spacious, clean, tidy, and very comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants nearby with a great variety of food, so you’re spoiled for choice. The location is excellent and very convenient for getting around by train "

"Overall experience were good. Onsen were good, bed is too hard for us We were unhappy with the check out experience. The front desk is calling us three times for the 15 minutes delayed. Check out time is very stiff, no flexibility."

Location - Nice to be tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku but close enough to be able to walk there in about 15 min."

"From the time i gt to the hotel the staff and the room was amazing. It was my husband and daughter first time out of the country and they didnt realize how humble others could be. The staff made sure we were greeted and treared from the day we arrive to the day we left. The rating of a 5 isn't the proper value to give this hotel. I would give them a 9.8 star.
