"We still aren’t out of the pandemic and the apartment was filthy. It was clearly not properly cleaned, the sinks were dirty, garbage was full. I will never use this service again. To make matters worse we called the company after hours number twice and there was nothing they can do other than to say that we can throw the garbage out ourselves. The WiFi also didn’t work. "We traveled 3 1/2 hours to find the house with renters at the location. We had food with us to cook and had to throw it away because we had to book last minute hotel rooms. 😡 I do not understand how hotels.com would allow a person to do this through their website. "
