"Our stay was great! The staff was super friendly, our room was perfect, and we were in a great location for everything we wanted to do in Asheville and Black Mountain. The hotel breakfast was probably the best I’ve ever had. I’m not sure what seasoning they put on their scrambled eggs, but me and my boyfriend both gave them a 10/10. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but it looked great! Excellent stay! "

"Excellent Stay The Carnegie Hotel is clean, quiet, and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful, and parking is free and easy. It’s in a great location—just a short walk to the ETSU campus. The restaurant has fantastic food and a classy atmosphere. Highly recommend!"

"We only spent two nights at the hotel. The hotel has a bar which is convenient. It also has a big indoor pool, but I got the impression from other customers that the water was not heated. There are two elevators and traffic is relatively heavy. It seems to attract families. Lots of kids. Breakfast was nice with good variety of food. We did not find towels in thr bathroom, but were able to pick them up in the frost desk. Next to the front desk there is a small store with snacks and drinks (important when with kids). Staff is friendly. "
