"We stayed two night for the Bruno Mars concert because of the convenience to the stadium. For the first night, the cost was close to $600. We ran into a few issues. One, the room was not cleaned after our first night, so when we came back to relax in the evening, we had to wait for a half hour for the housekeeper to clean. The second day, the pool was closed. The sign said it was because of a regular maintenance. When I talked to the front desk stating I wish I knew ahead of time of my booking,...

"I like staying at this hotel when I am in Phoenix/Avondale. I only had 1 complaint that I was supposed to have a room refresh after 3 days and that didn’t happen until the 5th day. My trash was overflowing and I ran out of towels. I asked the front desk staff and indicated I needed towels and it didn’t make a difference. It still took them 5 days to refresh my room."
