"I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix Glendale-Westgate. From the moment you walk in, the hotel smells fresh and clean, which immediately sets a great first impression. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in smooth and pleasant. The location is perfect—only about a 10-minute walk to State Farm Stadium. It’s so convenient if you’re attending a concert, football game, or soccer match because you don’t have to worry about getting an Uber. There are also plenty of restaurants and a nearby shopping area, which makes everything super accessible. The coffee was great, and although we didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast, everything else about our stay was excellent. Overall, it’s a wonderful hotel, and I would definitely stay here again!"

"Staff was excellent! Friendly polite and prompt. The room was not great for what was paid. The shower door didn't close properly and of course you don't know this until someone showers, water leaked all over. The beds were not very comfortable at least not for a "Hilton" stay. No one not the site not when we checked in were we told there was a construction site right next door and that they start their day at 5am banging and hammering and nail guns waking all of us up. Really disappointed if it weren't for location, however we won't be staying there again other options nearby will be used next time."

"One of the workers stole my work computer and the assistant manager was very rude and told me that the only people swiping into our room were my husband and me! The beds were not made when we left our room to go to a baseball game at 2:30 in the afternoon, but our bed was made and the bathroom was clean with fresh towels when we returned around 9:30. I am very angry for being made to feel like I misplaced my computer. Going to corporate to get a refund for what was stolen. They have cameras."
