"Convenient location, close to Cornell University and Cornell Lab of Ornithology. Parking right by the room. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Staff are friendly and helpful."

"Very basic motel with lingering smells of pets or animals in the room and lobby. We could hear parrot sounds in the lobby so I assume they keep birds there. Our room smelled of cats (my family has allergies and it was quite obvious.) The side chair had scratches like claw marks and big chunks of the foam cushion ripped away.
