"Breakfast was simple but enough for me. The only disappointment was that they ran out of brewed coffee on 2nd and 3rd morning. No extra coffee was provided and there was no instant coffee. Shower booth was good since there were some places / hooks to keep belongings during shower. Water temparature of shower would be great if it was hotter."

"I am 74 years old and had to stay over in San Diego one night and had no idea my partner rented me a room at a hostel by mistake ;) The three people who serviced the desk area were excellent. The property was fine for twenty year olds but I was a fish out if water. Noisy as hell and I’m not a bunk bed guy and I’m not fond of sharing a “used” bathroom :)"

"This is a hostel, so if you want 4 stars go somewhere else. The property could use quite a bit of TLC, but the linens and rooms were clean. The staff were awesome and the overall vibe of the hostel was exactly what I hoped and more. The staff do fun nights and simple meals. Overall I really enjoyed my stay. "
