"We had a great stay overall. The breakfast was tasty and more than enough to start the day. The hotel’s restaurant was also consistently good, making dining convenient. Our room was clean and well-maintained, and the resort fee included 2 beach chairs and beach towels. Though, the resort fee is almost same as renting the chairs on the spot. The location on Ocean Drive is excellent—perfect for enjoying the oceanfront atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay."

"We liked the hotel vibe and location. Close to the beach and many different restaurants. Carpet was a bit dirty when walked on barefoot. Also no phone or way to reach reception unless you call from your phone. "

"Rainfall shower…with no attachments was honestly the final straw for me. Things started off great. The concierge let my family store our bags until our room was ready and even provided complimentary beach items, which had me excited for our stay. Then we got hungry. Montana’s is extremely overpriced, and even with the 20% discount, it wasn’t worth it, so we skipped it. When we returned from the beach, everything went downhill. "Fabulous building and the room we had was spectacular. I think the hotel side of the building is slightly neglected and could definitively do with some TLC. The “roof terrace” is a space that should be repaired and utilised as there really isn’t anywhere to sit in the sun. Pool is available to use if you don’t mind 50+ diners and staff looking at you. The staff there are perfect….. especially Talia on the front desk who was so lovely and helpful. Food and drinks were delicious.☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️"

"What I wanted is what I got. It was as expected, no frills. Sufficient room that met my expectations. Well situated near stores, restaurants, and the beach. Comfortable stay with the exception of periodic lack of hot water in the kitchen sink. Also it's directly in the view of neighbors so blinds had to be closed. There is an issue with reimbursement of deposit so that is being worked out. "

"The room was very clean but small and very little space to hang things or put stuff anywhere. The bathroom had a pedestal sink and a tiny shelf for items. No hooks in bathroom to hang bathing suits and etc. Breakfast was great! Staff was wonderful!"

"We had a great stay! The hotel was clean, the location was perfect, and daily housekeeping was available upon request. The staff was very helpful, and we loved that they provided beach chairs and towels. The only small downside was no free coffee, which is not very common in the U.S. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend it. "
