"I am proud of all staff there. Especially front desk receptionist, I remember one name Ahmed Alsugaie. Also special thanks to day and night duty manager Mr. Aloufi Majed and MR. Alharbi Saif. Proud of my country people working there. Keep up all. Dinning also is a mazing especially dinner. One girl there her name Marwah, she standing up all dinning time as cashier and as bartender. Thank you Marwah "

"Good stay affected by the worst and laziest housekeeping I've ever experienced. Rooms were never cleaned before 4 pm despite several reminder calls a day. I stayed for 6 days and they only changed the sheets on day 5, only because I asked them to. To top it off, I told the room cleaner that I would leave a tip on my final morning. That was the only time in 6 days he bothered to show up in the morning. Shame on Pullman for hiring such lazy employees. Not staying here again. "
