Hotel murah di Daerah Barat

"Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The hotel looks exclusive, even the hotel is 3 star rating, I can give this hotel for 5 star rating. The bed mattress, pillow and all room facilities was exclusive. Hotel staff was very welcoming and speak very polite. Welcome drinks Arabic coffee, Mineral water and snack provided with a lot of variety and delicious. A lot of variety of food for the morning breakfast and the food taste very delicious. Car Parking at the hotel basement was very clean. Since the hotel located a little bit far from Masjid Al Haram, hotel provided free shuttle bus to Masjid Al-Haram every 30minutes (24 hours daily), very convenience for traveller to perform Umrah without driving a car or taking expensive taxi. Bus driver was very welcoming and very helpful. Hotel’s Guard, Hotel’s Bell Boy, Hotel’s Dining room staff were very kind and helpful, they should be commended for their hardworking. There are a lot of shops walking distance around the hotel such as restaurants, convinient store, laundry shops, barber, banks, Shoes and clothes store."

"Good stay affected by the worst and laziest housekeeping I've ever experienced. Rooms were never cleaned before 4 pm despite several reminder calls a day. I stayed for 6 days and they only changed the sheets on day 5, only because I asked them to. To top it off, I told the room cleaner that I would leave a tip on my final morning. That was the only time in 6 days he bothered to show up in the morning. Shame on Pullman for hiring such lazy employees. Not staying here again. "
