"As no fault of the hotel there was a power outage in the early morning. There backup generators were not efficient as they did not have enough power. Elevators were not working. No hot water. All the lamps were out. Otherwise it was a very nice property. "

"I thought everything was great but in the evening it was so loud noisy and loud I thought it was supposed to be from like 10:00 p.m. till like 8:00 a.m. is supposed to be quiet but I don't know what was going on on the second floor but it was crazy yelling and screaming and I couldn't sleep at all horrible and they're still doing it now but I know it's morning"

"Hotel was easy to get to and clean. Could use a little repair in the room I stayed in but nothing major. Bed was comfortable and A/C worked well. Only complaint was the people upstairs who let their child run and jump off the bed until midnight and up at 6 am. I was exhausted from driving all day and unfortunately got no sleep."

"We thought we rented the entire property, but was half of it. expect a lot of stairs. No bath tubs but two showers. some door knobs and locks need maintenance, but overall nice clean rooms."

"Horrible. When we got there day of for our booking. They didn’t send us a code for the door and we were locked out for hours. It took the neighbors to contact them for them to call us and tell us that our side lost power in the morning yet they didn’t want to message us and let us know before hand and wasted our time. So we were searching for hours for a hotel to stay at because most of them couldn’t fit a group our size.Also the address on the booking is not the actual address it was the house next to it so we woke up and inconvenienced a family as well. Overall this the people who manage this booking was lazy and extremely unprofessional. I’m surprised we even got our refund."
