The location is absolutely perfect (only a 1-minute walk to the Château d'Eau Metro station,) making it so easy to get around the city. The staff (Océane / Agnes / overnight) were incredibly friendly and gave us great recommendations for local restaurants. Our room was impeccably clean, modern, and perfectly soundproofed, giving us a great night's sleep. The air conditioning was also a lifesaver! Highly recommend this...

"This hotel was a real find. I had read reviews about it, but was not expecting such a friendly, comfortable and luxurious place. The welcoming started as soon as I booked, with staff contacting me about what they had to offer. They were concerned that we may not be able to manage the stairs with our luggage. "It is conveniently located between Dare du Nord and Gare de L’est and the staff is friendly and accommodating. These are the attributes. Though the facilities, especially the elevator and hallway lights, need significant upgrading, the room I had was clean and comfortable, sufficiently so that I slept well. It also included a few amenities, such ad a a well-stocked refrigerator with alcohol beverages."
