"The staff was super accommodating and very courteous. The food wasnt as good as it was 10 years ago when we stayed there. However you could always get fresh tacos, quesadillas, nachos, omelettes, bacon and pizza. We love the beach access and snorkeling off of the pier. The hotel just needs some TLC and upgrades. We met a couple who stays there for 2 months out of the year and said the owner is in the process of makong upgrades. We wpupd stay there again becaise of the staff"

"this is the 5th time my family has stayed with this resort. Please, i highly recommend providing juice atleast but preferably coffee as early as 4am. To not provide any liquids for your customers and be told to go to 7/11 i do not feel is acceptable. Outside of this, we love this place."

"Everything was great about this hotel. It is about 5 min cab drive from the ferry. Very clean, the stuff is amazing, fast and very polite, entertainment is good. We found that food is very tasty. Lots of healthy options! The buffer is inside ( I was happy about it). The coffee shop is good. The drinks are not bad as well. There is no beach, but it is a waterfront and you can swim using a ladder. The water was beautiful and we snorkeled every day. The AC in the room worked well. I used the gym...
