"The hotel is clean and in good condition and the rooms are large. There was no hot water during our 6 day stay. The front desk staff said that is not unusual in México. The pool is very large with lots of lounge chairs. The hotel is popular with large groups of Mexican tourists arriving on tour buses. When the buses arrive the pool in the evening is very noisy and on Friday evening they have live music which is very loud. On the plus side the pool closes at 9 and then the hotel is mostly silent....
