"Desk staff were friendly enough but were not expecting me and had no interest in my confirmation number. They asked if we booked through Expedia, but seemed unfamiliar with Orbitz. But they honored the reservation and the price and asked us to sit down (presumably while they get a room ready). The bed is nice and firm and has a real mattress of an Asian variety. "Worst experience ever! No hot water what so ever. Got bitten by bedbugs 50-60 times a night. Cockroaches on the floor. No cleaning for four days. I constantly had to ask for more toilet paper. 45 USD a night for this is a joke! Even the name is a lie. The only view you have is right into another tall building. "

"I was shown 2 switches one for DO NOT DISTURB and Other for ROOM CLEANING, shoud i need any i should turn the switch on. I did not turn any of them on, as i came back from outside i found my bed was done up and realised some one has been into the room. As i was not expecting anyone to come in to the room while i was out, i had left all my belonings in the room scatterd. I felt my privacy had been invaded so i told the reception staff and he said i should have put the do not disturd switch on if...
