"I stayed for 2 nights at Best Western Heritage, and I had a wonderful experience. I truly loved the atmosphere in the lobby; it was very neat, clean, calm, and quiet. My hotel room was excellent—very spacious and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the beautiful beach view from my balcony. All of the staff members were very polite, friendly, professional, and helpful, especially the front office staff, Sajeda and Fardin. "It is a terrible apartment full of dust, insects, dirty bedsheets, did not provide towels. no water and moved to another apartment with same conditions. Since we paid more than the double of normal rate, owner told us to stay two days for the same money. But when we checked out, the counter manager asked for money for the 2nd night with the same rate. We did not agree on that and leave the hotel. They came behind us to a bus and asked for full money for two days and told they do not know...
