"Hotel itself was nice, updated and clean. Fourth floor had a smoking odor as exiting the elevator and staff was less than pleasant. Breakfast was ok, but I’ve had better at other Hilton hotels. Overall pleasant experience, just not what I would expect of a Hilton brand."

"Restaurant wasn’t open and when they were they were out of everything. I kept getting charged different amounts everyday. Shannon at the front desk was amazing. The one elevator was out. Parking was not good and our air conditioning wasn’t cooling like it should"

"This is the most unprofessional hotel I have ever stayed at. The day I arrived they took my card for $50 an incidentals and never returned it when I checked out. I left my shoes behind and noticed about half an hour after I left. I called the front desk. The lady assured me she would hold onto them for me so that when I drove back two days later to catch my flight, I would stop by and pick them up. When I arrived back at the hotel, no one knew anything about it. Couldn’t find my shoes anywhere...

"There was an aggravating problem at the window where there was a constant drip hitting the windowsill all night, I'm not sure where it was coming from the roof or the above air conditioner.
