"We really enjoyed our stay at this Hampton Inn. The hotel is in a great, safe location with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The room was clean, the property well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great value as well - we will return to this hotel on our next visit to the Nashville area."

"After a night from hell in our original hotel we were very glad to find accommodation in Country Inn. The staff were amazing, the place was spotless and we couldn't have wished for anything better. Would highly recommend to anyone 👌 "

"The room was okay but one of the beds was uncomfortable and the air conditioning was very loud. We only stayed on the Avid side because it offered “breakfast “. Eggs, potatoes, bacon crumbles. Out of yogurt even though there weren’t many guests. Not the best. If we come again, we will stay on the Holiday Inn side. "

"The property is very nice. Easy access to a variety of restaurants and grocery store for snacks vs gas station snacks. We stayed 4 nights/5 days, the TV/cable service only worked the first night we were there. I called front desk and they assured me service would be available on 4/25 by 3pm. We had to use our cell phones to watch shows which was very annoying. Our key cards would not allow us access to the pool even after we addressed the issue with front desk. The ladies servicing the breakfast area were not friendly and seemed to be annoyed by all the people eating or serving themselves. House keeping were very nice and very quick to tidy up our room. We asked for additional items and they provided them promptly. No management on site our entire stay. Young kids managing the front desk and they didn’t not know how to deal with customers concerns. The TV/cable service was still out of service when we departed property. I called Tuesday to speak to management and they said she is still not available. They said they would give me points for all the inconveniences, I have yet to receive the points. Very disappointed with hotel. Will not be staying there again."

"Staff were great, breakfast was great. Room cleaning/service was poor. I had to contact the desk several times for clean towels as housekeeping never showed up."
