The hotel was nice, and clean. I didn't give the highest rating on the staff because the man who checked us out was a little gruff, but otherwise the staff was great.
Absolutely wonderful property with close access to surrounding shopping and eating. Very spacious and clean, will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the Nashville area
Our room was very nice and the shower was amazing!! We were traveling with a toddler, two teenagers, and a dog and everything went well! I was very impressed with the staff and the hotel in general. Will definitely be back!
This Courtyard is my go to hotel when visiting friends and relatives in Tennessee! The location is excellent with easy access to I-40. The hotel staff are always warm and engaging with the facilities spotless!

Front desk clerk was very helpful. Was staying with my mom who is on oxygen 24/7 and asked for an early check-in if possible and the clerk was very attentive to our needs.
I arrived early and staff were able to check me in early. That was very appreciated after driving almost 7 hours! Everyone was very friendly, the room was clean, and the hotel was quiet. I really the layout of the property - it’s modern and inviting. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
The desk staff was alright and TV in room did not work but Uncle Leroy in the cafe made up for it with his joy and energy! We’d go back just to see him again.
