"Das Hotel an sich war in Ordnung. Die Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter ließ allerdings deutlichst zu wünschen übrig. Wir hatten an unserem Checkouttag mit Überschwemmungen im Hotel zu kämpfen wodurch wir vor dem Zimmer einen kleinen Fluss hatten. Wir baten die Mitarbeiter zumindest beim Transport der Koffer um Hilfe damit diese nicht komplett durchnässt in die letzte Urlaubswoche gehen. "Though the balcony provides you with a beautiful view, it is a very excluded property where you must drive uphill towards (especially difficult at night). Convenient as it was right across from mistico hanging bridges, but still a drive away to other attractions in la fortuna.
