"La experiencia ha sido terrible, me confirmaron mi reserva y me hicieron el cobro y antes de llegar me dijeron que no tenía ninguna reserva, que el hotel estaba totalmente lleno, fue una cosa terrible porque luego de un mes no me han devuelto mi dinero, No recomiendo este lugar para nada."

"Pool was gorgeous and the breakfast was outstanding very delicious. The villa itself was quite rustic that allows insects to come in as there are gaps in the wooden structure. The owner was delightful and very attentive to our questions."

"We had a three day stay at Lumina Valley View Monteverde in April 2025. The house is very spacious, modern and comfortable. It has an amazing gourmet kitchen (love the waterfall style granite countertop!) and a great view with a lovely, vibrant orange sunset. Lovely furnishings and decor. Also ample hot water, AC and strong Wifi. Note that this location is a little far out so not walkable to any amenities. Our host Glenda, who is a native of Monteverde, was amazing. "Although a fair distance from San Jose airport the location is nice.hotel staff is dedicated and customer oriented for sure.breakfast buffet was excellent and food for dinner very good.for what we paid for we got more than enough."
