"The hotel is on the beach, centrally located, with suites that have balconies. It's 15-20 min from the airport and walled city. Rooms boast stunning views of the beach, bay, and walled city. The hotel is beautiful with a large lobby, high ceilings, with exotic fresh flowers and calming fragrance. Someone is always cleaning and present to open the door with a greeting. "This hotel is super clean. The staff is super friendly. It was my friend’s birthday and the staff went up the room with a cake and sang Happy birthday. That was a very nice surprise! The hotel is close to everything. The pool area is well kept and is a vibe. Is great after walking around in the Cartagena heat. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. 10/10 "
