"Overall, the hotel is really good. They are in the middle of a renovation period, so the spa and gift shop are not available. It will be great when it's all ready. The facility is good right now, the staff is excellent, breakfast is amazing, and the rooms are well-kept."

"The hotel was located in a great area. The staff was helpful and breakfast time was amazing. They have a buffet as well as menu where you can order what you want. We tried many things off of the breakfast menu and enjoyed it all. Lunch and dinner was a bit different. I personally did not have a good experience and the main issue seemed to be the same waiter now that I think about it. "If you are traveling to Cartagena with your family, including kids. It is the best and only option. It is not a bad hotel but a bit pricey for what they offer. The food it is ok, but expensive. Not worth it. The service was mmm. I had amazing aid from some employees but a really bad attitude from others. Still plenty of room to better things"

"We got the suite with the balcony. The views are unbeatable. The pool was well-maintained and there's direct access to the beach. Dann is always a reliable choice in Colombia. Breakfast can be improved, but I got a surprise cake for my birthday. The staff are lovely. Highly recommended and deccent value, considering the high prices of hotels in Cartagena."
