"The room was beautiful, excellent view, spotless - overall couldn’t fault it at all. The staff we encountered were all very friendly, especially the lady who greeted us on arrival and showed us the electronic check-in option (sorry, can’t remember her name). I work in 5-star hospitality, and that was the feeling I got from this hotel!"

Plus, the location was incredibly ideal for our trip because major busses stop out front and it's near 2 tube stations and Trafalgar Square and the Jubilee Bridge.
