"Nice stay with ocean view from balcony. Very clean room. It’s an older property but has been updated nicely. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was very nice. Environmental services staff were very friendly and kept the property looking great. The street stays busy into the night but it’s pretty soundproof in the room. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. There were a few homeless folks in the area but it was not a problem. Mostly an older crowd, I didn’t see any kids at all. I would visit again if I were in the area."

Parking close to room but shocked at $50/night charge for parking. Gardens and ponds everywhere, beautiful. Lots of squirrels, birds. Gazebos to hang out in. Several swimming pools, but no outside beverages aloud inside. At night, lots of fire pits available. I don’t recommend premium rooms by the bay if you plan on swimming. Sign said bacteria in water swimming not recommended but view is nice, with several fire pits (bring your own wood)."
