I have auto immune diseases so I was freezing in my room hit my son & ex husband don't do u need more blankets, she gone ask my ex husband doesn't the heater in the room work, she refused to give us towels & said that house cleaning can do it. She was horrible. But everything else was phenomenal and Ariana was phenomenal. "

"Toilet was clogged. They brought a plunger. I’m a customer not a plumber. They didn’t clean my room. When we returned there was a do not disturb sign on the door. We never placed it there. Overall. Not a good experience. "

"Great location, next to many quick eateries. There's also a brewery very close. And a great taco shop walking distance, Don Pancho's. The hotel was very clean and offered a great breakfast. Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to try the bar, but it looked like they had a pretty good happy hour. The hotel is close to the beach too."
