"We stayed here for two nights, what a wonderful experience! The room and staff were fantastic, food was great, felt very relaxed and at home. We visited Looe, Polperro and Fowey, easy to travel to and back. Loved the little break away. Would highly recommend going."
"Stayed here many times under different management, but small attention to detail wasn't as good this time. Certain things not clarified at check in, a few minor issues with room, some which were dealt with very quickly, others which couldn't be, but were things that should have been known by staff.

"We had a lovely one night stay. The room was so cute and cosy “13” it was like stepping back in time but with modern amenities. The bed was super comfortable. I had a great nights sleep.
Dinner was lovely,as was the breakfast. Staff we friendly and very accommodating. Only downside was that it’s very dog friendly in all areas. Something we aren’t used to in Australia, where they are banned from most places unless they are service dogs. I highly rate the passion fruit cocktails."

The restaurant was closed that night. This was very frustrating after driving on country roads for hours and being out in the middle of nowhere.
