"The front desk staff was less than helpful and were not at all personable . People were allowed to smoke outside front entrance and putting cigarettes in the planters outside which had not been cleaned out in who knows how long. Not a very good experience. I would not recommend this hotel."

"We enjoyed our stay. Front desk, room service, bartenders were all very nice! I especially appreciated Lucy the concierge for all of her help planning my daughter’s 21st!! Melanie and Taska were very helpful and friendly too at the front desk helping us to extend our stay. Lots of younger kids and families."

"Our room had a sticky floor and very dirty bed sheets. Reported it as soon as we checked in. Came back from dinner and they said it was all taken care of. Went up to go to bed and no one had been there. Called the front desk and was told house keeping doesnt work this late so they would drop off sheets. After going back down to the front desk they finally sent someone to take care of our bed. I dont know if id stay there again especially for paying $1,000 for 2 nights. Additional costs that you should keep in mind - Valet is $57 a day (self park $55 lol). The private beach area was busy, chairs and towels were included but $38 to rent an umbrella which is a must. Our two adult beverages, 1 mix drink and 1 surfside can cost us $36. The pool and pool area was nice. It is in a good location and we did have a good time. The whole bed ordeal right off the start was bad and this review would have been much better if they had just taken care of it."

"This place feels old and dingy. The carpet in our room was sticky in certain spots. The tub is old and stained. The drain was clogged in the tub so you stand in a pool of water."
