"This place is old and nothing work the pool is out of service the restaurant is closed the breakfast is coffee an bred is dirty , they need to closed this place and remodeled, i guess 40 years ago was nice"

"Room was filthy and outdated, no light bulbs in any of the lamps, phone did not work so I could call the front desk, desk clerk had an attitude because I had asked for a first floor unit in advance, I'm handicapped, she did not accommodate me. No smoking hotel and next door neighbors were burning pot all night long which permeated into my room. This hotel is actually being used for housing the Brevard county homeless according to clerk. A lot of transient people were lurking around the halls and parking lot. I would never go back there!"
