"Cons-I called this hotel in advance to request linens and towels to be washed in unscented detergent and no scented cleaning products used in the room- they said they could honor this request, upon arriving at the hotel in the lobby, we smelled a strong floral scent that continued through the hallway to our room. "We stayed for 1 night in a well equipped superior room. Overall hotel is very good, with a lot of refurbishment having been done and some still in hand over the winter. Great breakfast and although we did not eat an evening meal, the menu looked good. Excellent location on the quieter western shore. Would definitely consider staying again."

"Lovely cottage in a great location in historic Conwy. Very well equipped, with the added bonus of street parking outside. This was a great help, as although it's very very tight to park your car here, the cottage has the added bonus of being able to use next door's space, too! Highly recommended. "

"We absolutely loved our stay and we had an amazing time. The cottage is gorgeous and is in a brilliant location for doing things. The only downside to the location is that it was quite noisy at night time and we did not sleep very well. There were hairs in one of the twin beds that our little one was staying in, didn’t check the other but noticed them when we were putting him to bed so would bring that up with cleaners. There was also no working bulb in the twin bedroom which made it really...
