"Cons-I called this hotel in advance to request linens and towels to be washed in unscented detergent and no scented cleaning products used in the room- they said they could honor this request, upon arriving at the hotel in the lobby, we smelled a strong floral scent that continued through the hallway to our room. The only downside to the location is that it was quite noisy at night time and we did not sleep very well. "This is a very old and interesting cottage in a lovely scenic setting overlooking Conwy. It was very well equipped with good amenities. The games room was very popular with our teenage grandchildren. With the exception of a large stain on one of the pillows, which was only discovered when we stripped the bed, the cottage was very clean. "
