However, the room was ice cold which was very quickly fixed with a heater by the amazing staff. "The car park was only able to accomodate a small amount of cars, but there was plenty of parking on the side street which was ideal. The staff were very welcoming and extremely accomodating. The hotel is within walking distance to Anfield which was ideal as this is why we chose the hotel. My 9 year old son loved the hotel, describing it as the best ever. Mainly due to the 2 pool tables and all the memorabilia. We would definitely use this hotel again "

"The room was okay just didn’t have any heating and a bit loud at night because of the clubs and takes around 20 minutes for the heat up the shower but the rest was all good and close to the city centre i do still recommend "

"For a short 1 or 2 night stay perfect. Anything longer I’d want a window. Staff friendly and helpful 5-10 min walk to centre bur plenty of food drinking places very close. My only complaint was the pillows, really not very good. Very flat!! But apart from that good"

"Hi, only real issue was the broadband speed which was woefully slow - less than 2Mb - it could barely refresh a text web page. Small issue - the bin in the kitchen - the lid wouldn’t stay down."
