"Had difficulty with my 81 cm luggags as ramp is not accurate / no through entry. Though, I saw like a carrier but no english instructions. There is parking ramp but still you need a card to enter. Also, why not leave appropriate consumables depending on the stay duration instead of as need, write and drop basis. Why not add info/request on your website for seamless digital access. "The host is very responsive which is a plus. The room was okay, didn't feel like it was cleaned very well and the pillowcases did not look appealing to sleep on I covered it with a towel. Basic amenities are provided. Location is super convenient though, close to the station and main strip of shops."

The staff were all very friendly and helpful though, and I was told explicitly no smoking in my room. "This hotel locates in a very nice neighborhood, bus stop and supermarket just steps away. Walk to the ferry terminal enjoying fantastic views on the way. Staff are very friendly. Bars and restaurant on the ground floor. Only not very convenient is sharing bathroom. But we managed well with it."
