"We did enjoy our stay at Harbour Heights, although parts of the hotel feel a little tired and in need of some updating. Unfortunately, some members of staff could also benefit from further customer service training, as at times we felt more like an inconvenience than valued guests. The terrace and the view are absolutely stunning and were definitely the highlight of our stay. However, it was disappointing that guests were not allowed to have meals on the terrace, and there was no waiter service...

"This really wasn’t a pleasant stay. I arrived and we showed to my room which was freezing cold as the radiator wasn’t turned on. I tried to book a table for 8:30 pm but was told the kitchen closed at 8 pm. Even when I arrive home from dinner the room was still freezing and the duvet cover was very thin. The window banged all night heating didn’t come on early in the morning. I was cold all night.The breakfast the following day was awful."

"Overall a good stay. My standard room was located on the 2nd floor with no lift in that part of the hotel. It was compact - suitable for one person but would be tight for two - as I was travelling alone maybe that’s why I was placed there. Two of the three window openings were on safety latches so airflow through the room was limited and with the warm weather it did get extremely hot. Breakfast was self service - there were a range of hot and cold options - hot options were scrambled eggs,...

"The hotel had a nice indoor pool, a good breakfast and the staff were all helpful and friendly. It’s a short walk to the seafront and into town. Our room was in the lodge - a separate building but adjacent to main hotel, all clean and a decent sized room. Small print stuff…Our parking was chargeable but I think I read somewhere that it’s free if you book directly with the hotel. We also paid a £50 refundable deposit per room per night."

"Toooo hooot , it was like in a sauna. The water was burning no cold water at all, the mattress mas punching us in the back the worst mattress ive ever seen. No air-conditioning not even on the holl, everywhere was too hot, and the smell was unbearable. Never again i would not recommend this place. I found places much cheaper with better conditions.
