"Great hotel for an overnight stay. Short walk to the BIC and town, staff friendly and helpful. Car park underneath was secure but no direct access in to the hotel but worth it for peace of mind. Room was excellent, bed really comfy and ensuite was a good standard. All you can eat buffet breakfast really good with lots of choice and check in and out was painless, would stay again and recommend."

"This really wasn’t a pleasant stay. I arrived and we showed to my room which was freezing cold as the radiator wasn’t turned on. I tried to book a table for 8:30 pm but was told the kitchen closed at 8 pm. Even when I arrive home from dinner the room was still freezing and the duvet cover was very thin. The window banged all night heating didn’t come on early in the morning. I was cold all night.The breakfast the following day was awful."

"I had a very relaxing stay. The hotel was well located, in a lovely neighbourhood and it was easy to get everywhere. Everyone was friendly and helpful, which made me feel at home. My room was great - comfortable, well fitted and spacious. I really enjoyed the dinner and breakfast choices in the restaurant, and also appreciated the attention the hotel gives to being sustainable. I would definitely stay again. "

"We stayed here last year and had a very pleasant stay , so booked again. The staff were very nice and the room , although a little basic was comfortable , even though the Tv would'nt work properly. We had a meal there again as last time it was very good , with a full menu , good service and reasonable prices. However this time we were dissappointed as we booked an early table at 6.15 and were then told they had run out of Steak already . My husband ordered the burger but the chips weren't good...

"Excellent location, the room and hotel were clean and comfortable. The staff polite, friendly and helpful particularly the receptionist, waitress in the dining room whose name I didn’t get. I didn’t eat at the hotel but the menu looked very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel and come back, hopefully get to use the Spa facility next time."

"Excellent location, fantastic staff however as it's and old building floors creek, was very noisey. I wouldn't return as I prefer more Modern hotel, bed small, could hardly move in bathroom and tv in a ridiculous location. Breakfast average, pool small. Was very clean. "
