"I chose a budget room which was £144 per night. I stayed two nights over the Bank Holiday heatwave . There was a brick wall outside my window and only two of the windows would open a maximum of 3 inches. The bathroom window did not open and the fan was not working. It was wretched in the heat. "Still the best place to stay in Poole. Shower was awesome, enough room to get a rugby union team in!!! Great location near the restaurants on the Quay and a ten minute walk from the train station. Deluxe Room was very spacious and had an iron bath in the corner!! However, mattress was too soft and the pillows too 'fluffy'. Just a personal note, but we needed hard mattresses and 'dull' pillows. "Great location, less than 30 seconds to the quay. Room had everything you'd expect from a b&b. Fabulous breakfast, there was even an option of standard or large size! Would stay again if we're in the area. Friendly, welcoming host."

"This was my second stay at this hotel. Very nice hotel, staff very friendly, free parking, lovely garden area, very clean and spacious rooms. Didn't have the breakfast because I had to be out early. This has to be one of the quietest hotels I've ever stayed in, really calm atmosphere from staff and guests. I'm booked again for July for two nights and would highly recommend."
