"Overall, I would rate this resort about a 5/10 and unfortunately I would not return.
The staff was definitely the highlight of the stay — everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. Customer service was honestly 10/10.
The food, however, was disappointing. I’d rate it around 4/10. The selection was very limited and overall the quality just wasn’t great. Not a lot of options. We expected more variety.
Cleanliness was average, probably around 6/10. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, but the pool area could have been maintained better.
One of the biggest disappointments was that the kids’ pool/play area was closed during our stay, which was something we were really looking forward to for our children.
Also, while I cannot confirm it with certainty, we do believe we may have been bitten by bedbugs during our stay, which was very concerning. We mentioned it to staff & they were helpful, they even offered to wash our clothes.
Overall, while the staff was wonderful, the food, pool maintenance, and other issues made this a disappointing experience for us."
