"Very friendly helpful staff, clean comfortable room. I would only change two things about our two night stay here; the bacon at the breakfast buffet should have been drained, and it would have been nice to have a hot tub after chasing kids around the zoo all day lol."

"This was an awkward hotel stay for us. We arrived around 8:30 pm to check in. Our room appeared to be exactly what we had reserved but after getting unpacked and settled we realized the shower was broken. They had no more rooms available and the staff was super quick to swap us over to another hotel. However, I found it odd that there was no compensation for the inconvenience of changing hotels. "Definitely not a four star hotel. Smelled of cover-up perfume spray. Horrible breakfast."
