"My room was not too bad but the bathroom door lock was broken. The shower door was not the best. The staff was nice but there are not much food areas around. My room had an opening to another room and it was quite loud from the other end and around."

"I was disappointed by the level of service at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson. Specifically, the Front Desk/Housekeeping staff was unhelpful when I approached them about cleanliness of the room. I expected a much higher standard of hospitality for the price paid. While the location is great, the cleanliness of my room was unacceptable. Upon arrival, I found hair all over the bathroom door, towels, and shower walls. Stains on the sheets, which looked like bodily fluid. Despite bringing this to the attention of the staff, it was not addressed during my 3-night stay. Cleanliness is a top priority for any traveler, and unfortunately, this hotel fell short. I also spoke to another customer who said their room was disgusting as well. Got stuck in the elevator too and nobody helped us. I would not recommend staying here if you value customer service."
