"We stayed at Ragland on the return leg of a two week road trip from NY to southern Florida. It was such a welcoming and cozy experience. We arrived late because of traffic and Claudia met us at the door, showed us around and led us to our room. First of all, it’s huge. After staying in small rooms for two weeks this was so nice. Great big tv, and plenty of space for unpacking if needed. Most importantly, the bed was sooooo comfy. Good mattress and soft linens. The breakfast in the morning was...

"They charge you for parking to a 3rd party app you have to register to after the fact as complete BS and way to tax you when there is no limited space or lack of parking in this wide open rural area. Wake up to find parking ticket on your car after arriving midnight. Hotel, dog, and parking ended up towards $300 for a single night as stop off while commuting FL to CT. Much better places available. Avoid this stupid pllace."

"The bathroom wasn't clean, and there was an extra charge on my card along with the security payment. I am still waiting on that refund. They did give me a free stay because of the bathroom."

"A restaurant and bar was part of the facility, but the menu was limited and breakfast was NOT included. A surprise was the $10/vehicle/day parking charge. This for a hotel with nothing but space all around it. Since we were using this for a meet up - we got to pay $20 for parking for one room! Another Marriott in the same town was $30 more, but included breakfast and FREE parking. We will NOT be staying at Delta Hotels again!"

"I enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the room and amenities. The best part of my experience was engaging with staff. The professionalism exhibited by every staff member that I came in contact with, provided the utmost customer service support. I would like to acknowledge Ty, and her leadership skills. I witnessed a few unforseen situations that was out of her hands; for instance, the key cards were not working and she had two guests in line....

"Clean, quiet, and friendly, with comfortable mattresses and plenty of parking for our trailer. The owners and staff warmly welcomed us back for our second stay, and one staff member even offered to bake us cookies! Breakfast was plentiful and varied, though it featured the same eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy each day. There was also plenty of cereal, yogurt, waffles, a small selection of fruit, a juice machine, a few baked goods, and a fancy coffee machine that’s excellent when it’s not...

"This hotel was upgraded, clean and beds were very comfortable! The front desk manager was multitasking and very nice. The breakfast was amazing and the breakfast manager was amazing! She was friendly and just joyful."

"Clean and nice smelling room. Housekeeper was friendly. Front desk person did his best to find two rooms next to each other for me and my wife and for my daughter and her family. Breakfast was good and all attended."
