"The location and views of this property are absolutely amazing, as the hotel sits on a 20 foot cliff Oceanside so you have constant breezes. You can climb down the rocks and get in the ocean and if it’s not too windy, you can get in the water as it is a rocky area.
Online pics are likely old when the previous owner was operating it, it has substantial wear and tear and needs some love:)
Shared kitchen is ill equipped, we bought a coffee maker for our large group of 10. The AC seemed to work...

"The bedroom was clean. Our toilet/ shower had separate rooms. The toilet room would be very warm when you’re trying to use the bathroom. The shower leaked out into the room every time you used it, you would have to get a towel and wipe up the water. Our phone and safe were broken.
